🌟MONEY CHALLENGES|| HOW MUCH DID I SAVE? 🤑COUNT WITH ME

hey everybody it's your girl mel and i am here today to bring you a video that i've been waiting to do for the past year so today i will be counting my challenges all of them from my 5 10 20 challenge my rollover and my 52 week challenge so if you want to go ahead and see me do all this count it all together all right guys it is time it is time so let's go ahead and start with the 52 week challenge also i took out all the change that was in underneath this i had to change in here and i put it in ziploc bags i had to count it um in advance because it probably takes so long so i have my quarters in here um my nickels my dimes and my pennies so i will allocate all of that when i'm done with everything so first we're gonna go ahead and do our 52-week challenge i kept this in here i also put this together as well because i wanted this to go as simple and as fast as possible i didn't want you to keep you guys here for an hour so i'm going to go ahead and rearrange my money so it can uh just make it go a little quicker and i'll be right [Music] back [Music] all right so we are all set i'm going to be using this calculator and not this calculator because i don't know what's wrong with this i don't know i don't know what's wrong with her but she's been giving me some weird numbers so i'm going to use my scientific calculator because it always comes in handy because it's legit all right so we're going to start with the hundreds so i have 200 so we're going to do 200 can you see that oh not really okay let me put it right here okay we're gonna do plus and we're gonna do one two three four plus four hundred we have six hundred we're gonna do our 20s two three four five that's 100 20 40 60 82 20 40 60 83 20 40 60 84 20 40 eighty four eighty so plus four eighty and this is what we're at so far one thousand eighty okay we're going to count the tens 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 plus 80. this is where we're at okay and then 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60 65 70 75 80 85 90 95 100 plus 100 1260 we're at right now as you can see okay 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60. okay plus 60 1 320 we're gonna put all the ones that we counted right here and then we're gonna do the ones all much in our 52 week challenge so excited so excited we're gonna go ahead and put this back in the bucket because i will be going to the bank this morning all right okay all right so so far we have 1 379 dollars we're gonna go ahead and count our 510 20 challenge and i keep it in this envelope because it was just a bigger envelope that i had on hand i didn't want to order anything fancy but um i kept it in here and with the 5 10 20 challenge basically what that is is every friday you would start with a five and then next week you start with the 10 and the week after that will be 20 and you just keep going keep going but since i got paid every two weeks i had to put double in when i got paid we're gonna go ahead and rearrange this i'm not gonna be so fancy this time because i am like so excited right now to see how much money i have in here because at the beginning i was putting my leftovers in this pile and i didn't have a regular um like a regular envelope so i want to see exactly how much so let's go ahead and start with the twenties two four six eight ten oops two four six eight ten that's 2 2 4 6 8 10 that's 3 2 4 6 that's 4 20 plus 4 20 1 799 okay go ahead and put this aside let's go ahead and count the tens 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80. so we have eighty dollars plus eighty we're at eighteen hundred seventy nine okay let's count the fives five ten fifteen twenty twenty five thirty thirty five forty forty five fifty fifty five sixty sixty five seventy seventy five eighty eighty five ninety ninety five a hundred add a hundred to that we're at one thousand nine hundred and seventy nine dollars put this aside 10 15 20 25 at 25 okay we're at two thousand and four dollars one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve twelve dollars two thousand and sixteen dollars so if we do that we can calculate exactly how much we actually save in here so we did have one thousand three hundred and i believe seventy nine minus two thousand and sixteen dollars so basically we saved exactly 637 dollars in our 5 10 20 challenge what all right so let's go ahead and put that back in this envelope okay all right guys this is it i am so excited about this one so excited all right so this is my rollover envelope any little leftovers i had in my cash envelopes in my wallet i would put in here and i'll let it accumulate so right now we're at 2016 so what i'm gonna do is i'm just gonna count this by itself because i really want to see exactly how much by itself it is and then i'll add it to my total okay so let's go ahead and just organize this just a little bit five and all these damn ones okay okay so we have 20 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 110 120 130 140 150 160 170 170 so far 171 72 73 74 75 76 77 78 79 80 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89 90 91 92 93 94 95 96 77 ninety nine two hundred two hundred one two hundred two two hundred and three twenty four two hundred five two hundred and six two hundred seven two hundred eight two hundred and nine two hundred and ten to eleven to 12 to 13 to 14. 214 dollars just in my roll let me just add this before i forget okay so 214 just by putting all of my little leftovers guys can you can you believe how much money you can save if you just i'm i'm doing this again i'm definitely a bigger envelope because this it's not working for me i'm not even gonna try okay so 200 i cannot 214 dollars in leftovers i'm just gonna put this in this big old thing right here all right and then that is it so the grand total is 2230. oh i'm sorry i'm not finished yet i got my coins so we'll start with my twenty dollars worth of quarters [Applause] my six dollars and twenty cents worth of dimes my two dollars and forty cents worth of nickels and my pennies one dollar and 35 cents all right guys grand total 2259.95 wow guys i'm telling you when i when this vic i'm i'm doing this 52 week challenge again i am doing i don't know if i'm gonna do the 5 10 20 challenge i'll probably do the five dollar challenge we'll see i don't know we'll see but i am so excited like i can't believe i saved this so much money usually at around this time of year i'm broke because of christmas and all that other stuff i'm bawling oh i'm not saying about it i'm really not ready for 2021 i'm gonna it yeah it's it's gonna it's gonna get good so um in my next video i'm gonna show you guys what i'm actually gonna do with it i have some ideas what i wanna do with all of this cash well right now i'm gonna put in the bank cause i i feel like i don't know i have anxiety right now um but i'm going to put this in a bank um and then i will show you guys in the next video stay tuned on how i'm going to break it down and how i'm going to use it and all that good stuff you guys do not want to miss that video because
