foreign [Music] City AKA Saigon Vietnam to experience the fantastic and diverse cuisine in this amazing City home to over 9 million people Saigon is the most populated city in Vietnam with this many people comes a lot of food Saigon is known for its amazing street food scene with less than a few dollars you can get some of the most incredible dishes in Vietnam but that is for the next episode though in this episode we're going to experience how the ballers in the city whine and dine we are going to one of the most luxurious buffets in the city you can find a buffet inside La Villa Hotel a luxurious five-star hotel situated in District 3. the hotel is also known for its top rated infinity pool on its rooftop overlooking the city below if you're in Vietnam I say it's worth a visit to come here sip on some cocktail check out the views of the bustling City below go down a few floors and you can find the buffet with around 65 dollars per person you can go nuts on the endless Army of lobsters flower craft mudcraft Abalone octopus cuts it to the shape of dresses all the sushi you can think of prime ribs roasted duct and whatever the hell this thing is and that's just 1 20th of the home menu my point is it's a lot so let's follow me and get the night started this is the Fantastic five-star seafood buffet right here I mean check it out everything right here super fresh fresh from the beaches and rivers of Vietnam I mean you got you got what you got clams count scallops oh you Canadian Loft series you got Vietnamese lobsters you have all kind of seafood here so let's follow me and let's check it out display I mean it's just gorgeous let's go [Music] come upstairs these are cooked to order so you got to put in a special order and you're gonna cook a cover if you want it anything can be done for you right here voila everything is on the table here we orders a lot a lot of snails a lot of tacos and mussels here uh a crab here the lobster is on the way though but first let's try the shark fin soup right here I mean I don't support it but it's right here so there's nothing I can do about it I'm just gonna try it for it for your sake it's very very silky it's silky it's it's kind of snotty in a way give it a try never had it before it's really weird it's like it's like soy sauce flavored snot it's very weird there's no shark fin at all basically they just put some gelatin in it make it kind of snotty you got a soup we have the lobster right here this is the Vietnamese spiny lobsters as you can tell it's very spiny duh so it's grilled with cheese and these are the giant prawns right here I mean just look at the size of this thing man gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous oh look at this beautiful plate of sushi that I just stalled over there I mean this is absolutely incredible I mean I have to try this first let me just look at this oh oh my God beautiful dip it in this beautiful sauce here [Music] extremely tender sweet it's naturally sweet and the cheese is beautiful wow it's all good all right first up I gotta try this beautiful beautiful Foie grot here and he just got made right in front of us look at this it's so Supple yet another controversial dish the four girl here is made to order right in front of you they are pan seared with butter and then placed on a bed of flaky Vietnamese bun me they'll top it off with some deadly strawberry sauce my God it's a match made in heaven you have to try this wow [Music] okay wow manager service texture is so soft falls apart in your mouth biscuit is crispy perfect combination to all together wow the jam is so good too strawberry flavored Jam the abalones boys I'm gonna eat abalones like I eat plant it looks kind of uh sexual but yeah [Music] it is the most tender Abalone you ever had wow wow so good right now let's try the Black Angus right over here in the lamb over here this is uh Peking duck over here let me just try this dipping in the sauce here [Music] fantastic totally worth the try come try this out so good hey guys so uh we're at dessert right now [Music] I'm going to show you how to eat dessert gracefully okay that's how you do it properly yeah I am so super full right now today is actually my birthday May 12th um turning 31. um happy birthday to me wishing myself all the best and all the luck uh there you go and uh Hey man the buffet here in Vietnam especially in Saigon and it's just incredible you get all kind of fantastically uh beautifully cooked food here by some of the best chefs in Vietnam I mean it's just so gorgeous check out the addresses in the restaurants in the link below okay in the description below and uh for now always always remember keep it up never give up stay young stay hungry I'll see you on the next one all right bye I want to go keep eating bye foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music]
