Man, I'm starving Are you ready? I'll go with Hanwoo (Korean Beef) today! [I'm going to grab whatever looks tasty] (Oh my) This is sick [15 different cuts of Hanwoo beef mukbang] [Trying all different types of beef] [Let's go pig out today] You are incredible Thank you hahaha Hello everyone~~ I am here at Gyeongju today [Cheomseongdae, an astronomical observatory constructed in the Kingdom of Silla] [Dearungwon, a cluster of 23 tumuli is located in the belt] As you know, Gyeongju is one of the most popular tourist destinations I heard Gyeongju is also known for Hanwoo So here I am Let's go! Oh wow, so this place is a butcher shop with a restaurant inside. [Ready to rob this place?] I'm super excited Tenderloin Neck Chain Center Heel? This one looks delicious Wow, this is a lot This is ridiculous I've never had this many types of beef before Oh well, Bon Appetit! I can't wait I will start with something not too greasy This one doesn't look greasy at all Let's go with anchangsal (outside skirt) [Anchangsal (outside skirt)] Looks yummy! I'm going to put all of it It's a lot of meat Oh! it's already cooked That was fast I will take 'em out Beef should never be over cooked Looks so delicious! Bon Appetit! Gotta dip it in salt for the first bite It has a really rich and strong flavor of beef It's super savory too I love its robust texture along with the unique flavor It's also extremely savory and meaty Put a little wasabi Is it too little? It's super yummy [Picking the next one] This one is called eobjinsal (short beef plate)
I've never tried it before It cooks so fast For real It takes only 3 sec for each side Let me try the rare one It's so chewy I'm pretty sure almost everyone of you have been to Gyeongju for a school trip. Our generation had no choice. We kinda had to go and stop by Bulguk Temple and stuff I didn't know Gyeongju was known for beef tho 2 pieces Dip it in ssamjang (Korean spicy dipping sauce) Not so good Wasabi for the last bite Beef can't go wrong with wasabi Buchaesal! (Top Blade) [Buchaesal (Top Blade)] It's like comb-cut sliced pork belly No more space on the grill But how does this get cooked so fast? It's already cooked Oh well, I need to try rare, medium, and everything Let me take the whole thing Huh? What the I didn't expect a buchaesal to be this tasty to be honest. 2 more pieces Dip it in salt I've never had such a high quality buchaesal in my life It's amazing Wow A medium rare is chewy and tender at the same time, but the medium well is more chewy I like both Again, wasabi for the last bite I put too much The next one is salchisal (chuck tail flap) This one is my favorite, so I bought two It looks incredible! Gotta take 'em out fast and cook them more later You know, it tastes poor if overcooked Salchi! The best one Look, it's tender and wobbly like pudding Let's do it Dip it in salt for the first bite! This is unreal It literally disappeared after a couple of chews. Super chewy and juicy, it melted in my mouth. Wrap it with myeonginamul (wild leek) They should make a good combination because salchisal is a bit greasy I told you It catches the greasiness Since I just had the greasy part, let's go with something less greasy I love how I can balance it out I'll go with hanging tender A rare piece Where are my medium-rare Right here and that's the medium Medium well done Argh.. I don't like it well done Wow this is truly rare I like its texture. Incredible Let me try the medium well done I used to like greasy parts way more than the non-greasy cuts. But now they both taste super delicious. I think my taste has changed This texture tho It's hard to describe Wasabi on top Wasabi actually tastes better with the greasy parts Salt is the best for hanging tender because the meat itself is super tasty. Can you see this fine grain? Its texture heavily depends on the grain It's chewy.. and... sigh.. It's hard to describe The next one is.. Saewoosal (Ribeye Cap)! It's actually one of the most oily cuts It was named after its arched appearance I can make a heart I will call this a heart meat instead of saewoosal from now on. It looks fantastic It tastes better when cooked a little longer Salt It's super tender How can it be this juicy? It's extremely juicy Next one is ansim (tenderloin)! I need to cook it longer for steaks This is pretty much a premium beef ansim steak! I am not sure if it's true but I heard this cut is used for beef yukhoe (tartare) as well I think it's okay to eat it raw This should be fine. Let me try it with a little bit of salt I see why people eat it raw It's super tender and delicious It's way more tender than yukhoe Hello, sir! Hello! Oh, that's doenjang jjigae (soybean paste soup)! Why don't you just eat an entire cow? Though we, millennium Hanwoo, are not well known yet, we've been continuously improving We will try our best to serve you today! Thank you very much!
My pleasure So juicy I like it more with wasabi Dropped doesn't matter Wrap it With myeonginamul Last piece! I'm curious about this jjigae.
Look at the color of it I can tell it's good just by looking at the color of it. I love it Let's go with a deungsim (sirloin) this time So this part is the deungsim and the outer meat is the saewoosal (ribeye cap) Wow, it cooks fast I'mma take it out Amazing That was the saewoosal I can tell with its texture This looks like a sirloin Very delicious and tender The next one is thin flank I don't get full eating beef The taste of think flank heavily depends on its quality. Let's see I'll eat it now with a little bit of salt This is the most chewy one so far Dip it in ssamjang I can't even talk because of all the juice in it I can't wait for the next round It is a long-awaited ggotsal (bottom sirloin)! I didn't know the full name of ggotsal was deungsim ggotsal. I fell in love with it when I first had it.
This is truly a taste of heaven [I don't have time to wait!] Looks gorgeous This tastes very similar to salchisal.
I heard they are almost the same thing Maybe I'm wrong But I like ggotsal better This is the best Wrap it with myeonginamul Last piece Super tasty I want something not too greasy this time [Arongsatae (Hind shank)] This looks like a pork tendon from suyuk (boiled meat) restaurants. You know, like a gelatinous texture I've never had a grilled arongsatae Arongsatae is commonly used for suyuk only so I've never had a grilled one Dip it in salt This shouldn't be used only for suyuk (boiled meat) So good I love its chewy and gelatinous texture Gotta dip it in the sauce Wow it's really good Let's continue I'll do galbisal (rib finger) this time It looks delicious I think ggotgalbi, ggotsal, and salchisal taste pretty much the same Hello Are you almost done already?
Yes haha Thanks for the meat. Did you like it?
This is the best of the best I really liked it I've never seen a woman eating this much in my 30-year career. HAHAHA, really? Please enjoy the rest.
Thank you So they are slightly different Salchisal is more tender, and galbisal has a tougher texture I love its tough texture This time I'll go for more arongsatae! Nvm, I'm tripping It's jebichuri (neck chain) I'm just gonna wing it Jebichuri is one of the few special cuts I've never had this many types of beef before Let's do it I'll move them over and put the rest of salchisal Salchisal! Salchisal, again, is pretty greasy, but jebichuri is not at all I will try both at the same time How was your meal?
I still have this one left This cut is for yukhoe (beef tartare) but it's not chopped. I will make a to-go for you Can I just eat it like that Nah, I'll make it to go for you I just grabbed it because it looked delicious So that was total 14 different cuts of beef Compared to the other restaurants, the meat has a very rich and deep flavor Also, they were tender and juicy as well Please come visit here in Gyeongju for its popular tourist spots and great restaurants! Thank you!
