Use finer sandpaper to wipe down the bumper, then use a coarser bumper to wipe off all the dirt and wash it with detergent. Then if there is rust , apply a little rust converter or use a steel brush to directly brush it off , and then you can paint it directly. Before I sprayed it, I wanted to say that I sprayed it with this stainless steel polish first, and then sprayed it with the same flat black as the front bumper, so that the color before and after will be the same. Before spraying the stainless steel, I first use this relatively coarse sandpaper to rub it a little to make it have a little fine lines and increase its adhesion . , then finally, I will share with you some of my experience in spray painting. I used four different spray paints in total . The first one is the rear bumper, this black titanium stainless steel polish, and the second one is this stand.
