The screw, this fixing bracket, this may be the light on the previous owner's side , because I will also replace the fog light, so these two lines are useless for me, so I just cut it off and I will install a new one. It's time to pull the wire again . Well, we spent a lot of time and finally removed all the bumper side steps and the front bumper, and then all the plastic covers were removed . Now let's start cleaning . Then I'll prepare some tools, like this plastic cover . Just use a relatively fine sandpaper to wipe it directly, and then use a steel brush to brush the white iron bumper . If there is still rust that cannot be removed after applying the rust converter , just brush it a little and this side of the fine gauze wheel. There are a lot of holes in the treads. This hole may not be easy to clean. Then use this gauze wheel and electric wrench to go in . It may be easier to clean. After removing the plastic cover, you can see that there are two screws on the left and right sides of the front bumper, and then two on the bottom of the chassis, a total of 6 screws are removed. If it falls , you can remove the front bumper, and then clean it after removing it . Use sandpaper to wipe the plastic cover . Use finer sandpaper to wipe down the bumper, then use a coarser bumper to wipe off all the dirt and wash it with detergent. Then if there is rust , apply a little rust converter or use a steel brush to directly brush it off , and then you can paint it directly. If the tooth extractor didn't get stuck on the screw, it would be useful, but this one was already broken inside and rusted very badly, completely. It won't move and can't come back . The front side step is made of Nippon's flat black and then When I sprayed this wheel frame before, I used the matte black of the dinosaur. We can see that the two colors are not the same. The dinosaur is darker and the Nippon one is a little darker . The same, it depends on personal choice. Next, let's take a look at the side step of the middle door. He has a total of 6 screws , the front two and the back two, which can be turned here , but the middle two have to be drilled into the bottom of the car before they can be turned. Finally, let's take a look at the part of the rear bumper. The outside of the rear bumper is made of stainless steel. It is locked on the bumper of the original car, because this kind of stainless steel is more difficult to spray when it is painted, and it will not bite. The Hong brand paint has a paint called Yongbaoxin alloy primer, which is spraying this kind of stainless steel because The one is a big barrel. It needs to have a pneumatic spray gun , which is connected to the air compressor, or a lithium battery from Mutian because we only spray once , and the tools after that will also be used. If you ca n't use it, it will cost a lot of money to buy those tools, which is a big burden for us to do DIY, so I found this stainless steel polishing agent, stainless steel spot welding treatment, and black titanium , and this can of black titanium is sprayed on The effect is that there is a bit of surface and the texture is not bad. Before I sprayed it, I wanted to say that I sprayed it with this stainless steel polish first, and then sprayed it with the same flat black as the front bumper, so that the color before and after will be the same. But after I sprayed it, I found that it was pretty good-looking, so I didn't plan to spray it again. Before spraying the stainless steel, I first use this relatively coarse sandpaper to rub it a little to make it have a little fine lines and increase its adhesion . , then finally, I will share with you some of my experience in spray painting. I used four different spray paints in total . The first one is the rear bumper, this black titanium stainless steel polish, and the second one is this stand. Bang's flat black spray paint, and then the wheel frame and the dinosaur 's matte black. Finally, I bought a can. It should be a star paint, and it is also flat black. The best paint inside is the dinosaur 's and this black titanium. This can is probably due to the relationship between the nozzles, such as dinosaurs and black titanium , the spray is better atomized , and it is not easy to spray. When it is sprayed, it seems to have the shape of water droplets, as people say, and then runny nose It's ugly and the worst thing is the star's can . It's sprayed with poor atomization, and then it 's all water droplets when sprayed out, so it's ugly, so I just threw that can away and it's useless. Except for the rims, I used dinosaur matting. Other than black, I used Nippon's flat black spray paint for the side pedals of the bumper . I used a can of spray paint for the side pedals of the middle door and the plastic cover in the front. I also used a can of the side pedals for the front and passenger seats, and then I used one can for the front bumper, and then the rear bumper used this can of black titanium, so I sprayed it all and used four cans in total .
