Hi, my name is Elena and welcome back to my channel! I am eating at a restaurant that has been here for 25 years today. I saw that the special dish today is Swedish meatball. It's gonna be awesome, let's go inside then～ We arrived right after it opened today. It's so cozy here, with enough space each seat. I can see the chef cooking right there. Also the ingredients. Though we didn't order wine, but there are wide variety of wine. Appetizer？ What do they have here? There are some toast. Yeah. But it seems like they most likely serve things with knekkebrød. OK. They use the ingredients which are made by themselves. What about main dishes? What's this？ Freshly caught fish today. It sounds like this. OK The second one is duck leg? Exactly. And then beef stew. And the forth? It's vegetarian. And the final ones are hamburger and Swedish meatball. We ordered the duck leg and meatballs. How do you like it? Great！ What is the difference between this and the Ikea ones? This tastes better. Let me try it. Ok. I try firstly the blueberry jam。。。 No, Wait？？？ It's ingonlberry jam！ The Ikea one contains no such fruit pulp. Not only does the meatball taste better, but also the jam. I have to say, it tastes really better when it is just made. Unlike the pre-made one. It smells and tastes freshly! Now I am gonna try out the duck leg. It is rare to see any duck in dishes, so I consider it to be special. A yellow sauce along with the leg, it's sweet potato sauce! It's not too sweet, but contains a rich taste. The duck leg... Also, there are 3 sweet potatoes underneath. Wait, 3 POTATOES, gosh! And this, it's maybe pickles. Now I am gonna try the duck. So crispy. Though it's hard to see when the are so dim. With this vinaigrette and sweet potato sauce. It is really easy to chew, and so savory. However, it's not oily at all, when I ate the duck with sauces. I like it very much! Potatoes are well cooked. But I found that there are no pickles. What are they？ Carrots. Carrots？Not pickles？ I can't tell, to be honest. But I think they are carrots. Ahhhhhhhh～ And it only states that they are root foods. We don't know which one is correct. I am probably correct as usual. Wonderful! Do you like the food so far？ （nodding） It is so difficult to find Norwegian food in Oslo. I usually ate these home. They are most likely home made? I think so, as they even sells hamburger here. Got it. Dessert time～ They have Crème brûlée and what? Something with blueberry？ Blueberry cheesecake in cup. I will search for information online then. Lol I am not knowlegeble enough to know this. Lol A staff is preparing three kind of cheese. Here comes blueberry cheese cake. In a cup. Exactly～ I can see cream at top, middle is blueberry and beneath cheese. Cheese platter. Don't forget the jam. What jam？ Here! I saw it now. Didn't you see it？ The lights are so dim here. Or you just can't see things clearly. It's due to the lights!!! Why European people eats cheese even after the main dishes？ Have no idea. You are not European then. I am from Taiwan. I think so too. It is unique and I highly recommend it. Even better than normal cheese cakes. I agree. And now out comes to the cheese platter. You have to try the blue cheese. Ok. I can see blue cheese, a soft cheese and a kinda hard cheese. Shall I try it out with the bread？ I think so. And some jam. The cheese I tried matched very well with the bread. It is flavorful with the sweet jam. I am gonna try out blue cheese. Though I didn't like it before. A small bit without bread. Go with some jam! （can't control my facial expression） Is it good？ I think I will eat something else. Is this one better？ This is more savory. But all of them are uniquely delectable. Having such a cheese platter is great after dishes, in my opinion. The dry blueberries, no, dried cranberries. You have seen so much blueberries from no where today？ I know. But yeah, this dried cranberries is natural and traditional. Finally, time to see the bill today. Today, we have had two main dishes and two desserts. I spent 900 NOK in total, it is not expensive.
