I briefly experienced it at the exhibition for about half an hour. The most impressive places were three firsts . The concept of the DEEBOT X2 COMBO is an all-round sweeping and mopping robot plus automatic dust collection. Don’t you think the collection of vacuum cleaners looks familiar to you? Sweeping and mopping robot + vacuum cleaner! Does this coincide with the usage we suggested? Simply put, the sweeping and mopping robot is responsible for 2D cleaning , that is, the flat space. At least for now, the robot cannot fly into the sky and escape , so the sweeping and mopping robot helps you. It is a good helper for resetting the floor at home once a day, but the correct answer is to use it with a vacuum cleaner in other places. So according to this logic, you can also say that the vacuum cleaner is 3D and is responsible for three-dimensional cleaning. So using X2 COMBO, the one on the left can be used as an upgraded version of X2 OMNI. The biggest focus of this DEEBOT X2 COMBO is that it is located next to the familiar DEEBOT X2 OMNI base. I bought a vacuum cleaner , so I was thinking about DEEBOT In fact, it has not gained much weight. It is only about 15 centimeters wider than the DEEBOT X2 OMNI. And these 15 centimeters, Ecovacs has inserted an automatic dust collection module into the upper part, so when you plug the vacuum cleaner back in, the system will automatically turn on. The lid at the bottom then empties the garbage inside and finally puts the lid back for you. At the same time, this module also integrates a charging function. After emptying the dust, the vacuum cleaner will automatically charge , so it is a dust collection stand and a charging stand. You do not need to charge it separately. Next, let’s talk about the experience of using this vacuum cleaner. The actual measurement of the DEEBOT X2 COMBO handheld vacuum cleaner is about 1.23 kilograms. It is not heavy , and it is also my favorite one-button start design when starting up. That is, just press the finger position. The trigger will start vacuuming. Just press it. You don’t have to keep pressing it. It will continue vacuuming. It ’s very simple and intuitive. I think one-button start should become a standard feature in 2024. In the early days, you had to keep pressing it until you finished vacuuming. My fingers were stiff at home. After dropping it, there is a MODE button on the top. There are two levels of suction. The first level is silent (15AW). The actual measurement is about 71 decibels at a distance of one meter. Press it again and it will switch to the maximum suction mode (60AW). The actual measurement is about 74.5 decibels . The display is relatively basic , showing the remaining battery power through different colors. After talking about the appearance, let’s look at the DEEBOT X2 COMBO. The biggest point is that when you finish cleaning the house and put the main unit back into the base, you will hear the base automatically put the vacuum cleaner under the The lid of the vacuum cleaner is opened to automatically empty the garbage inside the vacuum cleaner. We also tested 10g of debris. There were dog feed, red beans, food crumbs, hair screws and rubber bands. Finally, they were stuffed with dog hair and started collecting dust. OK. At the end , we picked it up and saw that it was empty. It was a bit surprising. Small screws are OK , but I would like to remind everyone that the small screws are only used to demonstrate the suction power of the vacuum cleaner. In daily vacuuming, you still need to remember to avoid inhaling sharp objects to avoid internal damage to the machine! Then I would like to share a small detail with you. Usually when you hear this kind of automatic dust collection base, it will suck for 5 seconds and then stop for 2 seconds. If you continue to vacuum for 5 seconds, you will have the effect of compressing the fluffy garbage. I want to share it with you. I really like the design of automatic dust collection vacuum cleaners, not just the DEEBOT X2 COMBO. There are three reasons. I believe anyone who has used a vacuum cleaner will understand. The first one is me. I want to ask you, do you really empty out the dust box every time after cleaning ? Do you sometimes want to take a rest after vacuuming at home , but you just put it on the charging stand and forget about it ? Secondly, if you don’t empty it out immediately, the weather is relatively humid. The inside of the vacuum cleaner will start to get a little damp , and the dust will slowly stick to the surface of the vacuum cleaner . It will be difficult to clean after a long time , especially if it has entered the air duct of the vacuum cleaner, it will gradually smell. The last one is the human factor because I have allergies . In addition, the maintenance of the DEEBOT Take it out and it is designed with magnetic suction , so it is easy to separate and install. Just put it down and suck it back. You can just take it out and wash it and dry it. The third step is to open the top cover. There is a 13-level HEPA filter. It also has a magnetic design and pulls up to remove it. It can also be washed. The official recommendation is that it can be washed with clean water once every six months. I remind everyone to dry it. My own habit is to put it on the cleaning machine to dry the filter element after washing it. It can be used for 500 hours , so it can be replaced about once every two years. You can also see the usage time in the app. The new filter element has just been reset and it will show the remaining 500 hours. We have been using it for a while now and you can see that it shows 489 hours . My own experience is that when you put the vacuum cleaner back, the system will automatically collect dust, so the dust box is actually much cleaner than the general manual dumping of garbage. The main reason is that there is no accumulation. In the end, the garbage from the sweeping robot and vacuum cleaner will enter this Inside the dust bag, you can regularly throw away the dust bag and replace it with a new one. The dust bag also has a closing design. When you take it out, it will close by itself. Here I would like to share what many people are asking about which dust bag can be used. The actual measurement time is about 30 square meters. I have a Husky sweeping robot that was molting a while ago. It is about two months and 70% full , but 90% of the space inside is occupied by fur . So if you include the vacuum cleaner and the family with furry children, I think it is about one and a half months. In general households, it can be replaced every two to three months. However, it should be noted that even if it is not full, it is recommended to replace it regularly because there will be problems with bacterial odor. Next, let’s look at the connector part. DEEBOT X2 COMBO comes with the original factory. There are four specifications of joints. The first one is of course the most classic floor roller brush. You can see that it uses a V-shaped three-row brush design. The concept is very simple. I will show you the red one and the blue one with hard bristles . You can tell whether it is a soft-bristled brush by listening to the sound . The function of the hard-bristled brush is to scrape up the dust stuck on the floor or the dust hidden in the carpet and bring it to the surface , while the soft-bristled brush brings the dust into the air duct. It’s that simple to let the fan take away the dust . DEEBOT Push the blue button to the right. Push the left side here in your direction to take out the roller brush. You can take it out, clean it, dry it and put it back. You see here is a double-tooth comb . It has two functions. One is to hold a short brush. The hair is separated from the roller brush and sucked into the vacuum cleaner. The actual measurement shows it more clearly. We have prepared a lot of scattered pet hair here. You can see that there is almost no dog hair left on the roller brush. This is the part of short hair . If you encounter long hair, The hair is divided into two types , usually about shoulder length. It can probably separate 7-8%. If it is longer, it can only be separated to about 30%. But you can see that the remaining hair wrapped around the roller brush will be smooth and not smooth. It will get knotted and tangled. This is the function of the tooth comb. Finally, it is all removed after a slight cut. However, there will be a friction sound when the tooth comb is in operation. Then we connect the extension tube, and the angle can be almost completely flat without the main unit. In addition, the main unit can be placed flat to about this level , and there is a white LED lighting design in front of the brush head, so when you vacuum the floor, it will be easier to see dust and pet hair. However, I think the white light is biased towards illumination and is not as clear as the green light. That’s it. Then the second type of joint is a long crevice brush. When you see this shape, you know that it can be used to suck furniture, sofa crevices, dog hair in crevices , or grooves in windows. The third kind has a flat head. The suction head of the brush is easy to use to suck up dust on the TV, the speaker or the chassis. Anyway , it is recommended to use the brush with a brush head. The last one is through the hair. The brush quickly rotates and rubs to brush out the dust from the gaps. It is suitable for sucking beds, sofas, or I often use it to suck dust on soundbars. However, you have to consider the surface material and make sure it will not scratch before sucking. This head is also available. The term that everyone is more familiar with is called mite removal brush. But regarding the topic of dust mites, everyone can make their own decisions. All experts are welcome to express their opinions. However, it is very easy to use to absorb the dust on the sofa , especially the sofa with this kind of fabric . And these three small tools are very useful. The connectors can be connected to the extension pipe , so if you connect the long connector to the extension pipe, it is very useful for sucking the dust around the ceiling air conditioner. You can combine it according to the situation. Another thing I like very much is these three small connectors. They can be placed directly into the storage space under the DEEBOT It's OK to put it on the left side to get familiar with it . However, the extension tube and the large roller brush can only be stored separately. The box comes with a fixed bracket that can be stuck on the right side of the machine . You can then stand the extension tube and clip it to the right side. If you want to add another It’s okay to store it without installing this fixed bracket. If people respond well to this series, I feel that Ecovos can develop a higher-end vacuum cleaner version and add telescopic tubes. The room for imagination is quite large. After all, the price of X2 COMBO is there. The suction power of DEEBOT X2 COMBO is 60 AW. I believe that you may not have any idea of what 60 AW feels when you look at the numbers. Of course, it’s not unreasonable. I still want to talk about three of my own expectations. First, I think the extension tube can be studied to see if there is a simpler storage method. I intuitively thought of a telescopic design , but telescopic means that the height needs to be adjusted every time. I don’t love it so much, so it’s really hard to look forward to new ideas. If the second vacuum cleaner wants to become an ecology of fixed series joints, it must continue to operate. Like pet brushes, flat and long slit tubes can continue to expand. Finally, I hope that it can have higher performance in the future. The vacuum cleaner you can choose is about 100-140AW , but it can be controlled at about 6000-8000 AW compared to the general all-round base station . Look at the bumper board. It will function normally. If you don't remove it, you will find that the robot is running rampant almost always because the fixing strip has not been removed. This problem can be said to be regardless of the brand. Periodically, someone will post and ask why my robot is running rampant. The answer is: Did you not fix it? Remove the strip and finish. The second glue brush is a composite brush. How to choose a glue brush? The one I have on hand only has a roller brush and no bristles . The advantage is that the hair is tangled and it comes off with just a push. But the disadvantage is that it is really noisy because it needs to be connected to the ground. It's friction , so it's just like wearing shoes to deliberately rub the floor. It needs to be completely close to the ground to scrape up the dust, so the advantage is that it won't get entangled. The disadvantage is that it's not recommended if it's noisy to the wooden floor. It's easy to scratch. The other is a brush. The disadvantage is that it's easier to get entangled. But now this composite improved model is actually concentrated in these two places , so it is easy to clean. The advantage is that it is relatively quiet and very quiet.
