แก้ปัญหาเปิดไฟล์ Word​ เปิดไม่ได้

hello everybody how are you doing this is md tank here with another quick tutorial in today's tutorial i'm going to show you guys how to fix or resolve if word cannot open the document if the user does not have access privileges this will hopefully be a pretty straightforward tutorial and without further ado let's jump right into it so we're going to begin first by right clicking on whatever word document we're having the problem with so whether you have to open up the documents folder or whatnot i actually have mine right on my desktop so this is where i'm going to go off from so i'm going to right click on the file itself and then i'm going to left click on properties you want to go ahead and left click on the security tab and then where it's just for special permissions or advanced settings click advanced left click on advanced right here so now that we're underneath advanced you want to go ahead and left click on the add button so again left click on add left click on select a principal and then you want to left click on advanced once again left click on find now on the right side here and i'm going to expand the side here so we can go down a little bit and you want to go select authenticated users and then left click on ok left we're going ok one more time here you want to check market so the boxes says full control so you want to make sure they're all check marked in there left click on okay left click on apply and okay once more and once you've done that click on ok to close out of the properties window and you should be able to open up the word document without any problem so hopefully this tutorial has resolved your issue and i do look forward to catching you all in the next tutorial goodbye
