สาเหตุแอร์ไม่เย็น(Air Conditioning not cooling)

Remote is working , the air is flowing , but just only air " not cool" air flow only the video today is about how did i fixed my air con my though is something wrong on the out door unit normally when i turn the remote "on" the out door unit will start working but today just nothing happening here before i call the technician 'ld to I would like to check first if any think i can do myself this thing call Magnetic it receive signal from indoor control board and connect power to the compressor i think this thing not working i am test the wiring if has electricity or not
