The idea is great, but as usual, I made my own improvements to the design. Maybe after this video, manufacturers will take note of this and reconsider the design of the tool being produced. In this project, I used a coral disc on a grinder. For some reason I never bought or tried it. It turned out to be a very convenient disk, it works great. Everything is done, it remains only to collect and test. Painted everything. I did it as always using my homemade machines from past videos. Tried to be precise and precise. There are not many details and they are very easy to manufacture. The design turned out to be unusual. The protective cover will be spring-loaded, there were many options, but I decided to dwell on this design of the spring location. Everything is outrageously simple, but at the same time effective. I had old spare parts from my calm 180 lying around for a long time. I wanted to use them, even though they are with obvious wear and tear. Dismantling took some work. He took out his burner, began to warm up the whole thing. But then I decided not to use a part with such a large output. It turned out that in the nearest repair of the instrument these stars are full and for every taste. I slightly expanded the seat by 0.1 millimeters, otherwise it sat very tightly on the shaft. I bought a tire with a chain a long time ago for the same calm. But on it I use the 14th size, and this one just lay around. The chain pitch is 3/8, the bar is small, about 10 inches long, but the size does not matter here. Rear lock nut. Well, the sprocket is pressed in with a standard nut from a grinder. Installing and removing the attachment is very quick and easy. And now on the street, for full-fledged tests. All tests at full speed grinders, somewhere around 12,000 rpm! The video is not accelerated, everything is in real time! A chain saw is a very dangerous thing, especially the top of the chain. Everyone who knows how it works knows that a chain brake-blocker is put in production for safety purposes. There is simply no such brake on Chinese nozzles. In my design, the protective cover acts precisely for safety purposes. I lubricated the chain before work, for this there are several holes on the tire, next to the sprocket and next to the mount, a couple of drops of machine oil are enough. If necessary, later I will modify it a bit and make auto-feed. Homemade turned out to be simple and, very importantly, bladeless. Unlike a chainsaw, it does not work loudly, has small dimensions, no exhaust gases, no gasoline is needed, no two-stroke oil is needed, no need to adjust the carburetor.
